PART-15.ORG Foundation's Rural Broadband Development Programs  

PART-15.ORG’s Rural Broadband Development provide programs for financing rural America's Broadband infrastructure. The program consists of both GRANTs and Low-Interest Loans (LIL) that finance license-exempt fixed wireless Broadband services. 

The Wireless Internet Service Providers (WISP) Broadband GRANT and Low-Interest-Loan programs provide funding for the costs of construction, improvement, and acquisition of equipment and facilities to provide license-exempt broadband service to eligible rural communities. Additionally, the programs provide financial assistance to eligible applicants that will provide currently un-served or underserved areas with broadband service that fosters economic growth and public safety services.

The PART-15.ORG Rural-Community Broadband Connect program serves rural communities where broadband service is un-served or underserved, but where it can make a tremendous difference in the quality of life for citizens. The projects funded by these grants will help rural residents tap into the enormous potential of the internet.

The PART-15.ORG Rural-Community Broadband Connect program's mission is to increase economic opportunity and improve the quality of life for rural residents. Programs include grants, low-interest loans, and combination grant/low-interest loans.
