PART-15.ORg strives to ensure all WISPs comply with FCC and other regulatory rules in addition to helping the industry modify their existing rules to foster the growth of the WISP industry.

A recent study conducted by PART-15.ORG's Research Center showed that more than 90+ percents of WISPs fail to comply with FCC rules when it comes to filing the MANDATORY Form 477 twice a year, e.g. over 8,000 websites display that they provide wireless broadband yet less than 500 of these have completed the FCC Form 477. With statistics like this, it sure makes it hard for us all to attempt to seek rule changes in our favor. The FCC must have evidence to support their decisions in their rulings. As far as they are concerned there are only about 500 WISPs nationwide. PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR FCC FORM 477 IN A TIMELY MANNER
