Steve
Stroh is Editor of Focus On Broadband Wireless Internet
Access, an independent, private circulation newsletter that
examines the companies, technologies, and developments that are
creating the Broadband Wireless internet Access industry. Steve
began his professional writing career with his column
"Wireless Data Developments" in Boardwatch Magazine,
which ran from 1997-2001. Since then Steve has authored other
columns and numerous articles for other magazines including
Broadband Wireless Business Magazine and IEEE Spectrum. Steve
began publication of Focus on Broadband Wireless Internet Access
in mid-2001. As a result of his in-depth study of the BWIA
industry, Steve is increasingly recognized as an industry expert
on BWIA issues, especially in the areas of "License-Exempt
Spectrum" and "Wireless Internet Service
Providers". In August, 2002, Steve was named to a panel
that was convened by the Federal Communications Commission in
Washington D.C. to discuss reform of the FCC outmoded spectrum
allocation policies. In November, 2002 Steve will be a keynote
speaker at the Service Networks (formerly ISPCON) conference in
San Jose. Steve is based in the Redmond, Washington area. More
