How do I become a P15 VoIP Reseller?

Answer - There are two ways to become a P15 VoIP Reseller: (1)To receive the highest dividends, become a P15 member by signing up here, then go here to become a P15 VoIP Reseller. For those not interested in joining P15 but still want the benefits of reselling P15's VoIP Services, go here to sign up.

 

How often do I Get Paid from P15?

Answer - To receive a monthly check, the resellers account balance (amount of the check) must be more than $25.00. All others will receive a quarterly check.

 

What happens if P15 is not paid for an account I sold?

Answer - P15 can only pay the reseller if P15 receives the funds from Nuvio. With that said, P15 will work with the reseller and Nuvio to get the problem worked out. P15's PRIMARY goal in this program is to help the WISPs make money reselling our VoIP solution, so ensuring you get paid for your efforts is our number one goal.

 

How long will I receive my monthly dividend on a specific customer?

Answer - P15 Resellers who selected monthly commission premiums will continue to receive their monthly dividend for as long as the subscriber continues their service with P15 VoIP. 

 

Who handles all the customer service for the subscribers?

Answer - P15 Voice Services (a special department at Nuvio) handles all VoIP related customer technical issues.

 

Who handles the P15 Voice Services Billing?

Answer - P15 Voice Services (a special department of Nuvio) handles all customer billing, freeing you up to spend more time with your WISP.

 

What happens to my Non-P15 Member commissions if I become a member later on?

Answer - The commissions that you receive prior to your membership will remain the same. The commission rates for the subscribers you signup after you become a member will of course be at the higher (member) rates. e.g. You could be receiving two different commission rates. The smaller rate for those you signed up before you became a member and the larger rate for those you sign up after you become a member.

 

Where do my customers enter my P15 VoIP Reseller Code Number?

Answer - Advise your customers to enter your P15 Reseller Code Number in the "Sales Agent" box during the signup process.

 

How can I ensure my customers enter my resellers Agent Code?

Answer - One way to do this is to create an banner on your website with the following hyperlink coding.

Replace "YOURAGENTCODE" with your real agent code issued by PART-15.ORG

 

Is there a DEMO Program to show my customers the quality of the service?

Answer - No, PART-15.ORG does not offer demo units to it's subagents (resellers). PART-15.ORG subagents are highly encouraged to order a standard basic account to use for demonstration purposes. Since the account will be placed using the subagents reseller code, the subagent will actually receive a commission dividend thereby reducing the cost of the unit.
